if anyone's interested, and although this info is more than readily available on the "internet," i went through and catalogued every episode by season and prod. number with titles, original airdates and brief descriptions. the difference is all the info for one episode fits on one line and therefore 2 whole seasons fit on one microsoft word page. i find it really quick and easy to navigate and (so far) all 12 entire seasons fit on 6 pages. the descriptions were written mostly by me from my vhs tape lists, and they act only so that i know which episode it is, so the descriptions are not compelte. for example, a typical line looks like this:
05.04 1F01 Rosebud (Mr. Burns searches for his teddy bear Bobo) 10.21.93
if you know the episodes well enough., the small description is enough to fill in the gaps mentally.The 1F01 is bold, the title Rosebud is italicized, and the 05.04 means it's the 4th episode of season 5. the list is chronological by airdate, but the numbers "05.04" comes in handy with the other list which is organized by prod. number. so if you have only a prod #, you can look at the list and find out the title and which season and which episode in order in that season. i haven't done anything with the number such as #189 or whatever, haven't gotten around to it. i personally like the number of which season which ep better, but i hope to add both soon. i know most of you probably have lists like this, but there was a post of someone who did a season and then lost it. of course, i'm indebted to snpp.com and the books for lots of info. if anyone wants a copy i can email it to you, or is there somewhere i can post it? and bear with me i only found out the internet was on computers now a couple years ago so spare me your technical mumbo jumbo. and sorry for the long message, just trying to help.
