Tourette Syndrome

I read a while back that a lady who had a son with down syndrome had made a complaint about one of the simpsons episodes in which bart acts as if he has tourettes syndrome. And supposedly FOX did something about. What episode was that...i rememeber the episode(haven't seen it in a while)...but what season. did they discontinue running that episode or just cut out that part?
