terrorist homer?

hey guys, does anyone of you know in which episode mr burns is at the nuclear plant and blames homer because of selling plutonium to the iraqis??

It wasn't that he sold it to them, it was that he sold it to them with no markup ;)

Isn't it "Homer the Smithers"?

I believe that happened in Missionary: Impossible...or at least was mentioned there, when Burns accused Bart (standing in for Homer) of that.

Dammit, do you people have no brains or what? Burns was NOT accusing Bart!!!! Although he was SPEAKING to Bart, he realized that HOMER did it. He THOUGHT that Bart was Homer. Therefore he attributed the action to HOMER and he was accusing HOMER, not Bart. Pay attention.

This is quite semantic a debate now - I knew what actually happened, but was trying to be concise, rather than saying "when Burns accused Bart, though he really meant to accuse Homer but Bart was there instead and Burns didn't know which was which, so he actually yelled at Bart but meant to accuse Homer..."

It is probably a referance to the fact that US has given weapons material, but to be fair not uranium (or even plutonium either) , to Iraq when SH was fighting on there side.
