Alright, This has been killing me because I can't find it out. In DABF09 The Old Man and the Key, the Simpsons go to Branson, MO and there is a character who keeps saying the line "In soviet russia..." He's at the the end of the episode. I want to know what the character's name is and what episode did they use his voice in when Homer was pressing buttons on the car and the car would say things like "Where would you like to go?", "Donde te gusta vas"... and then it says "It soviet russia, car drive you!"
