King Sized Homer... Smithers refers to Homer as a "chair moistener"...

What is the meaning or implication?

Disregarding the possiblity of sexual references for now, I'd think he means that Homer sweats enough to get the fabric (or metal or plastic) of the chairs wet (or moist).
