City fathers

I've always wondered about this one scene on the Simpsons. It had to do with Homer grabbing all the sugar and keeping it in his yard. In the scene Marge comes out to tell him in so many words to get it out and Homer response with this quirky line that goes something like this...ahem. " People might get offended with my cocky stride and musky odor. Oh sure I won't be the darling of the so called city fathers who cluck their tongue and stroke their beards and say "whatever will we do with this Homer Simpson?"" ...Something like that. Did that come from a movie or something. It seems so obscure.

Right actor, right genre, wrong movie. That line is taken from Al Pacino in Scarface. I think he was a dishwasher in the movie when he says it.

Actually, I'm pretty sure he and his buddy had started some minor dealing by then. He said it in the scene where the two of them were sitting by the pool, watching the bikini-ed women walk by.
