Is Lisa actually smarter than Martin? He's ever so smart!

Hmmm... let's see... in episode 7G02, Martin's IQ is shown to be... 912? Oh, no, I'm reading it upside down... it's 216. In episode 4F19, Homer comments that Lisa's IQ is 156. So, IQ scores show Martin to be smarter.

Her own knowledge in this area is not complete, but Lisa is more perceptive as to what makes people tick, and seems to be more accepting of her own social limitations. I love her little TV editorial from "Lisa the Simpson (4F24)." She was so obviously smart, but not pompous about it the way Martin often is.

So, in short, Martin is smarter in the book-smart sense, but Lisa is the wiser person.

Of course, Lisa is 8, Martin is10, so I'd imagine it's a curve marking sort of thing....
