I just noticed as I was watching "The Trouble with Trillions" last night that Marge mentions that the she painted the boat picture above the couch. But a couple of weeks ago she looks at the painting and it's labeled "Scene from Moby Dick." She's also oblivious to the fact that Moby Dick is a whaling novel. My question is as follows: If she painted the painting herself, then why didn't she know about whaling novels people! (Why did I have the bowl, Bart! Why did I have the Bowl!)

I'm sorry if anyone has brought this up, I've been away for awhile and haven't read all of the posts.

The boat looks like a kite, BTW. And maybe it wasn't the actual whaling boat from the novel. There was one other boat mentioned in "Moby Dick". YOu know the one. The boat with all the dogs that had bees in their mouths. And when the dogs barked, they spit bees at you. And the captain of that boat was the robotic Richard Simmons.
