They should ankle Flanders and put an animated Drew Carey in as Homer's new neighbor. Kind of like replacing Major Burns with Major Winchester... give the show new flava.

Drew Carey?, or dear god, no. He's possibly the mosy unfunny man on television. Lord knows how he got big.
And replacing Frank Burns with Winchester was one of the worst things that ever happened to M*A*S*H, that and Colonel Blake. That and B.J., Gimme old episodes in a heartbeat. The one person they should have replaced on the show was the only person who was there all the time, Alan "i'm a pussy" Alda. I hate that guy.
