I really was never that big of the fan of the behind the laughter episode. Otherwise I agree pretty much with this list. I think that the Burns Baby Burns has the best one liners ever in the history of the show though... "...got more bread than a prison meatloaf". Classic. My favorite was "Aww, stupid economic recovery!" Combined one of Homer's best "stupid so and so's" with conflict.
