In "The Blunder Years" episode the family tries to find out what happened in Homers childhood that makes him regress. After they solve the mystery(Waylon Smithers Sr. corpse is found) Moe gets Homer and Marge to listen to what he thinks happened. the three are sitting on the couch with a coffee table in front of them. Moe opens an envelope and throws a band-aid on the floor. Then there is a close up of their faces then back to the full couch view, minus the table. Do the creators do this on purpose or do they just not pay attention to what was in the prior view?
Nothing major, just a gaffe I noticed.
