Music in 9F14 "Duffless"

hello. i am trying to find the name of the song that plays while homer is watching the car crash video (everyone else is getting sick but homer). i've looked through http://www.snpp.com/episodes/9F14.html as well as other places and can't find the listing for this one song. would anyone happen to know what the song is from or called?

i'm pretty sure it's called "little spanish flea". it was also playing in "The Otto Show", when Homer was in the car waiting for Bart to come out of the Spinal Tap concert.
