2/10 - Husbands and Knives (JABF17) Marge opens up a workout center for "ordinary women" that becomes quite popular, along with Marge, much to Homer's dismay when he discovers that successful women tend to dump their first husbands; Comic Book Guy's worst nightmare comes true when a new comic book store, run by someone who treats his customers like people instead of ogres, opens up across the street * For whatever reason, Fox decided to swap the new "King of the Hill" episode they were going to show on 1/27 with "Little Orphan Millie", which was going to air on 2/10 at 8:30
2/17 - Love, Springfieldian Style (KABF05) When Homer and Marge get stuck in a Tunnel of Love on Valentine's Day (thanks to Bart and some gelatin), they pass the time with three love stories of couples: Homer and Marge as Bonnie and Clyde; Homer and Marge again, as "Sadie and the Scamp"; Nelson and Lisa...as Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen (although the Fox press release spells it "Spungeon")
Expect a repeat (or a movie) on 2/24, as it's Academy Awards night on ABC. (Even if the WGA strike hasn't ended by then, I expect WGA to allow its members to attend and not have any pickets there (so the actors can attend without worrying about crossing picket lines); even if they don't, something tells me the ceremony will go on anyway, as Michael Moore needs to have his soapbox to rant on President Bush when he wins for "Sicko".
The Academy Award nominations for Animated Feature Film have been announced - IT'S AN OUTRAGE! PEOPLE SHOULD BE TARRED AND FEATHERED AND HUNG OUT TO DRY OUTSIDE THE KODAK THEATER AS A WARNING TO OTHERS AS A RESULT! Actually, the outrage, and the tarring and feathering have nothing to do with the fact that "The Simpsons Movie" did not receive a nomination (I think the shock is that "Surf's Up" got nominated over "Shrek the Third" and "The Bee Movie" - you would think that whoever voted on the nominations would have had enough of animated penguin films with "Happy Feet"; by the way, the other two nominees were "Persepolis" and "Ratatouille"). I just wanted to see what reaction this would get from the rec.arts.animation types who are still waiting for one of us to complain, as apparently we must all think that not only should have it been nominated for the Animated Feature Oscar but also for Best Picture.

Okay, so Bart was conceived in the 1990s...but born in the early 1980s. Wait - if he was born in the 1980s, he would be in his twenties by now...
Another revised scene: in "I Married Marge", when they show Homer and Marge inside the castle at Sir Putt-A-Lot's, Marge's hair isn't that short.
The Top Ramen noodles were "loose" before the water was added.
They never mention what Marge's major was.
It took about eight years from when Marge graduated from high school to when she became pregnant with Bart; either (a) she waited three or four years to start applying to colleges, in which case, why did she wait so long, or (b) she had three or four years after graduating before becoming pregnant, in which case, why didn't she get a job somewhere?
The "Margarine" music video takes place on the "Jeopardy!" set. "Weird Al" Yankovic, who was also on the show, did "I Lost on Jeopardy" on the original (1960s/70s NBC) "Jeopardy!" version (except that the scoring indicators were different).
