Krusty's words

Krusty seems to have a vocabulary full of these words - but are they real (Yiddish, perhaps?) or just invented? And does anyone know any others?

We ate till we plotzed. I make more money than that taking a schwitz. I almost seltzered myself.

Many of them are Yiddish, although since Yiddish comes from German one can recognize the words if one's a German speaker.

"Schwitzen" is the German verb for sweating, for example.

Another example is in "Last Temptation of Krusty", where Krusty makes a joke about your butler not getting all the schmutz off your garter. "Schmutz" in German means "dirt", but it may have more of a meaning in Yiddish.

Yes, plotzed is a yiddish word. To plotz is to burst.

To shvitz is to sweat. A shvitz bod is a steam bath.

I think this is a term for covering oneself with seltzer (carbonated water)

Sometimes when he says all that Yiddish stuff, he sounds a lot like Mel Brooks.
