Frank Grimes
The man who tried and failed, to reveal the stupidity of Homer Simpson to the Springfield public. I think the episode is one of the best ever, also. I just love the scene where Grimes tries to tell Homer that he has a "513".

You mean his half-brother Herbert Powell? He's appeared in two episodes, which is more than one, they made a sequel to the episode where Homer makes him lose his business, in the sequel he invents a baby translator and gets back into business. Sorry, I tend to give people a lot of unnecessary information that everybody knows already :-P
That is hilarious! That has always been my all-time favorite character AND episode! I absolutely love the way Grimes levels a finger at Homer and says, "YOU are what is wrong with America!!!"

I loved it when george bush appeared in the simpsons. Homer really hated him, the jokes him and bart played on George were class. It was good to see a former president getting made a prat of by our very own Homer Simpson.
