I know this gets done pretty often on here, but I thought I'd just add my two cents worth. I know there's always people that get pissed off whenever somebody gets overly critical, and I'm not a big perfectionist. I'm going to try to keep it from getting bitter and mean spirited.
1. Homer saying, "Not now honey, Daddy's busy." It used to be funny, but now needs to be given a rest.
2. Homer being TOO stupid. I think stupid Homer is funny. It just seems that Homer has become SO stupid lately he should be on medication.
3. Not much interaction between the Simpsons anymore. Have you ever noticed they either aren't ever together any more, or when they are, they don't talk to each other much?
4. Whatever happened to Mr. Burns, Otto, Skinner, Barney, and Hans Moleman? I know you still see them sometimes, but not anyway near as much as they used to.
5. One thing that really gets on my nerves is how a lot of the newer shows had good potential, but couldn't get it together enough for a good show. The one with the tennis stuff is a good example. There were some good jokes in it, but at the end, I was like "That's it?" It didn't seem to go anywhere.
Do you understand what I'm talking about?
