There was a lot of efficient German sex in that episode.
In this other episode, described at http://www.snpp.com/episodes/CABF09, the Duff corporation gave Homer a shot. Of drugs. Which did not make him drunk, but it did make him quirky.
Homer: Wait a minute, will this erase my memory? Duff: No, not at all. [Duffman prepares a hypodermic needle, and injects Homer. He's immediately knocked out]

He had some "powdered gravy" he found in the parking lot. It caused him to hallucinate.
Don't forget the carbon monoxide poisoning when he and Ned Flanders get stuck in the car on the way to rescue the kids who were trapped in the school because of the snowstorm.
Not really a drug, but he did start hallucinating because of it.
