anyone knows artist and title of the song that can be heard while Bart teaches Homi to drive the motorcycle, in the EP in which homer wins a harley in the dancing contest and start a motorcycle gang?

This song was written by the Simpsons writing staff specifically for that episode and it's called "Mayonnaise and Marmalade." It is performed by NRBQ. So it's probably not on any of the NRBQ albums, but it's sure to be released on one of the next album compilations of the Simpsons songs.
