Does anybody have "Hungry, Hungry Homer" on video? I'm pretty certain I picked up a captioniong error.
In the scene where Homer is trying to get the hair stylist to streak Marge's hair, the stylist says something to the effect of "But we can't do that", which is captioned "But I can't do that".
Could anybody with the episode on tape check this?
It was on here tonight. Maybe you can record it if it's on in your area.

I saw the error as I was watching the episode, which is why I asked if anybody else had taped it. :-)
If you read the interviews with people working on the show, you'd know that sometimes they change the script AFTER they sent it to the closed captioning people, thus, sometimes there are discrepancies betweeen what the characters say and the closed captioning. Beyond that, Closed Captioning is done WITHOUT A SCRIPT. They transcribe it just like we fans do.
