DVD Season 2 UK release

Apologies if this has already been asked, but I can't find anything on the subject in here.

I picked up the US and UK release of Season to capitalise on any extra features the American release may have had - is there any reason for me to pick up the US version of Season 2 also? Has anything been cut or left off the UK version that people know of?

The BBFC cut 15 seconds from the commentary of Simpson and Delilah though, as the episode had already been certified a U. Plus the conversion to PAL is apparently not too hot.
