I gotta say, the episode that suffers most from syndications cuts is The Last Temptation of Homer:

-the giant shoes, -the "other" NRA, -Hans Moleman's Solar Engery booth, -and the unbelievably hilarious moment with Burns and his flying monkeys

Intact, it's one if the top five episodes ever. As it is in syndication, it's still pretty good, but nowhere near the full version's classic status.
