They've had one for a little while... one instance that jumps to mind is HABF07's gag where Homer watches the "insert DVD" show. I think there were a few before, and since, but I haven't been keeping track. (I believe we actually did see the DVD player that time, but I have actually seen an "insert DVD show" - a local access cable channel used by a school district or something had video output from a DVD player with no disc in it for a while one day.)
