Does he have a name? Did he have one in the episode where Lisa was living in the tree to save it?

If he has one (which I doubt), it wasn't mentioned in that episode (CABF01).

In one of the episodes where he's with Burns in the Republican Party Headquarters, his name card just said "Rich Texan". So I think he's like Comic Book Guy.
