I beg your pardon?
It's TOO many nerdS (plural) here. Not "to" many. Nerd.
["Markc65"; Mon, 09 Dec 2002 00:11:41 GMT]
He's not smart enough to be a nerd; he's a dork, plain and simple.
I don't think the "Nerds are smart" line was recent...wasn't that from PTA Disbands?

No, it's "too many nerd." We're not even allowed to have one.
No, he was addressing the many nerd in the newsgroup. He was also using the archaic, but still grammatically correct, plural of "nerd." So your complaint, while seemingly well grounded, is without merit.
Dumbass.

This space intentionally left blank.
You are wrong. If he were using the archaic form of "nerd" he would have written "nerdus" for the singular and "nerdi" for the plural. "Nerdum" and "Nerda," or "Nerdex" and "Nerdices" are also acceptable.
Unless you are thinking of the Old English variation, spelled "Nerde," but the plural of that would end with an "S" also, such as "Nerdes."
Please do your research before parading your ignorance before all on this newsgroup.
You misspelled "Genius."

Pshaw! Everyone knows that the "Nerde" variation has a silent "k" at the beginning, and that in OLDE Old English it was actually pronounced, rendering the word as "kuh-nerd."
Sheesh.

i would like to repond by asking....
what kind of man makes websites about "bizarre and surrealistic" bicycle safety, spends all his time watching a childrens cartoon, and wears a t-shirt that says "genius at work"?
answer: the Comic Book Guy
I'm Mr. Plow, and I'm here to say, I'm the most pretentious guy in the USA. I got a big ego, and I spew a lot of things, Like the two cents that i shoulda put into get laid...

oh yes, one question - in episode Re: To Many Nerd Here, scotty posts two different messages yet clearly they produce identical notes. What are we led to believe, this is some kind of "super-newsgroup"?

Or are you admitting something here?
what is this "scan" you speak of?
is that like when mojo the helper munkee got trained to use a keyboard, (perhaps after bicycle safety class....)
do you think he ever made it to alt.tv.simpsons and read about himself? While his brevity would be refreshing, it is quite possible that instead of intellegently refuting something, it would be all "eeek eek" and throwing own excrement.
Munko you so crazay

By the way, I realize now that "laid" is supposed to be an assonant half-rhyme (or perhaps a half-assonant rhyme?) with the "A" in "USA." It's pretty lame, but I do acknowledge the intent.

i was going for more of a avant-garde haiku instead of street half rhymes
while intent wasnt there, the analysis was. really makes you think - ah the mysteries of life.
but munkee or not, its good that to know that i now have a critical following ... anyone else wanting to join the To Many Nerd Witty Genius Fan Club can respond to this group.

by the way people, not naming any names, but a certain munkee keeps forgetting references to intended subject matter. It has become all about the organ-grinders, bug eating, cigar smoking and poop smearing.

I place punctuation inside the asterisks if the punctuation is part of what is being emphasized, and outside if it is not.
