Help Identifying character

Maybe someone here can help me. I'm trying to identify a character from The Simpsons. I know he's appeared in at least one episode. He's overweight, bald (except 3 hairs), likes beer and/or donuts, and say's "d'oh" once in a while. He has a family, works at the nuclear power plant as a safety inspector, and doesn't seem to be the sharpest knife in the drawer. I'm a huge Simpsons fan... but I just can't think of his name. I want to say "Bumblebee Man".... but it could be someone else. Please help me, jebus!

Are you thinking of the guy who used to play flanker for the New York Giants? You know, Homer Jones? :-) I just found a character named "Snake" Simpson at www.imdb.com! In a movie called "Short Time", Dabney Coleman played "Burt Simpson". Is that who you are thinking about? What about Homer Fong? The guy who writes the bad checks at the Kwik-E-Mart?

I know who you are talking about! He was in that movie about those boys from Brazil! Who were all clones of Hitler! But I can't remember the name of the movie! Oh Yeah! FARGO!

Xino, I videotaped the game, but the recording didn't come out because I forgot to set the TV/CATV button on my VCR after my most recent "operation" to replace a flaccid drive belt. This is similar to the THOH where the Krusty doll had the button set to "Evil" instead of "Good". So I didn't get to see the game, but the Packers lost anyway. So, were you on TV or not? Did you get to sit near those two women in bikinis?
