Didn't it even appear in the medical marijuana episode? I'm sure we've heard it on the show before.

I'ts one of those cliched songs that get brought up every time a show or movie needs to invoke something. Rather than dig a little deeper, they use something they've heard already, because it's being used in other movies and shows. It's a recursive thing.

And, whether or not such songs are "good" in the first place, they get overused so much that they are merely a cliche.
