After reading a post by Ted. S. I was glad someone mentioned the necklace thing. The first thing we said (while watching) after marge being mugged, was that although she referred to her necklace (catburglar episode) as a family heirloom, she had a ball of necklaces identical to the one stolen. As well, how valuable could it have been to the mugger, considering half the beads fell off as he ran away.
