This was a trivia question on a local radio show this morning, the point is you're not supposed to know the answer (no one did):

Well I just read this article http://www.snpp.com/other/articles/gotreligion.html and the researcher it talks about watched 71 of the 248 episodes that had aired at that point and found that more than two-thirds of the episodes contained at least one religious reference...so that would make 70% reasonable.

But, that just refers to the 71 episodes he watched and not the whole series.
