In 4F21, Wiggum starts the tour of the police station by looking into the "hippie pot party." Not to mention the munchies for the "California cheeseburger."

I know someone else recently asked this, but did the term "California cheeseburger" exist before The Simpsons? At the time, I just took it as Wiggum trying to sensationalize.

I know I had never heard it.

But given that a "Califonia cheeseburger" included baby on a hoagie roll, my guess is this was pure Wiggum fantasy.

After checking both episodes, 9F16 & 7F12 with Dondelinger, you are right. It's in [7F12] The Way We Was. Dondelinger is greeting students to the prom, then says. "Wait a minute. Is that a _bong_? (Kid shakes his head; but it is a bong) You have asthma? (Kid nods) Very well, then".

Excellent addition to the list! The most obscure references are often the best ones.
