Change of dialog in Duncan/ horse racing episode?

At the end of the jockys' song, one of them says "we'll" eat your brain". However, the close captioning says "we'll break your neck", and his lips are not in sync with the audio. Any reason why they would do this, and were there any other times during the series that this happened?

happens all the time. The reasons for the change are as varied as the dialog being changed. Sometimes it's to make a joke funnier, sometimes it's to avoid controversy.

But for the most part, it's a matter of timing. The captions are not done live, so the captioning people are given a script ahead of time. But sometimes the dialog is changed after the captions are already completed.
