puppy googoo / S14E12 Barting over

Hi Anyone remembers that scene in Barting over when Bart calls Millhouse and after the call Millhouse says that he needs "puppy googoo "(dunno if that's right that's just what i understood) and his mum brings that weird dog. Is it just me, or does "puppy googoo" look an awful lot like the real dog Milhouse was walking (and subsequently strangled) at the end of the episode where Lisa goes out with Nelson?
