I assume the astronaut suit is the same one Homer wore in "Deep Space Homer." I don't think we've seen any of the others before.
Actually, they were from other episodes, I remember when watching remembering the episodes of the outfits.
I wish I had a video clip in front of me, I would be able to name what the episodes they were from...
Ones that got me, that I remember, Homer in Space, Homer the singer manager, One was from the episode where they did a reality show (in some old house, that ended up floating down a river)....

The first act with the Kitchen Carnival was excellent, so I was disappointed when things went downhill after that.
It's also a reference to Camel (when Camel had like 2 members of the classic band Caravan gracing our presence), as (at that time) Andrew Latimer once thought about retitling Camel to Caramel.
