I was checking out an episode guide on snpp.com, and when reading it I came across the quote:
OFF swims onto the scene as though the carpet is a surface of water. They climb out onto the couch dripping wet.
My question is, what does OFF stand for. I mean CBG is Comic Book Guy, but this has got me stumped. Thanks
