Episode similarities: Lisa vs. Malibu Stacy & Scenes from the class struggle in Springfield

Aside from the occurences of Brockman's daughter and furniture jumping, in both episodes, which is mentioned in the 3F11 capsule, I noticed another thing. Both episodes features Lisa trying to fight a social situation, which, in her opinion isn't right, and both also feature Marge trying to stop Lisa from fighting it. Anyone else noticed this?
