I fyou're talking about solely simpsons and not other cartoons (which I'm guessing you are) I don't think so, apart from when Lisa mentions that in the future humans will grow a fifth finger.

There's one other I can only vaguely remember (sorry if I waffle a bit): when Homer says something, and then looks at them and they have normal-coloured skin and ordinary faces and five fingers, and then runs off screaming. Is this in THOH V - the one with the time-travelling toaster?
