This was in the episode where the Simpsons move to this idealistic place where his family doesn't like it for reasons but Homer is having a great time working for Scorpio.
Homer's like 'I tackled a loafer at work today'. Scorpio sends Homer after him so Homer tackles James Bond and people kill Bond.
-That's ironic, it's only Homer who ends James Bonds life. There was this cartoon series called James Bond Jr. I wonder what he would do about Homer Simpson after killing James Bond.
The episode is "You Only Move Twice"
Homer is hired by Hank Scorpio and the Globex Corporation, which is trying to take over the world. Really good episode, IMHO.

Homer actually is responsible for Bond's death twice. Once was in "You Only Move Twice" (described above) and the other was from the "138th Episode Spectacular", which showed an outtake from "$pringfield (Or, How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love Legalized Gambling)". In this outtake, Homer is a blackjack dealer who deals a joker and then a 'rules for draw and stud poker' card to Mr. Bond, who is killed for losing the hand, or something like that. Note that both parodies are of the Sean Connery version of Bond, none of the Roger Moore / Pierce Brosnan hullabaloo.
