MARGE: This is the absolutely the worst thing you've ever done.

HOMER: You've said that so many times it's lost all meaning.

That's great, but I still love "How did you get past Gary Coleman?" I crack up every time I think o' that.

Did you notice that while that was from DABF02, Marge said the (first) line in DABF01 also? (They were seen in that order, though, so it was hard to make the connection, as compared to seeing them in production order in syndication...)

One of my favorite quotes comes from Ralf Wiggum.

"Me do bad in English? Thats unpossible!"

Nothing will ever beat "But Marge, I swear, I never thought you'd find out!"

A few from a recent episode I actually like:

"Shut up, Becky!"

<Marge throws sprinkles in ice cream parlor employee's eyes> "Aah! I can only see a horrible rainbow!"

"Usurper!"

Here's my fave quote:

" I know one of you is responsibel for this so repeat after me! If I withold the truth may I go straight to Hell where I will eat not but burning hot coals, and drink not but burning hot cola!" -Rev. Lovejoy!

My favorite Lovejoy quip is this:

"You know Ned, have you tried any of the other major religions? They're all basically the same."

Harry Shearer's droll delivery helps a ton, of course.

Marge: I know you've never done a Hindu wedding before, Reverend Lovejoy. Rev: Well, Christ is Christ.

Lovejoy: ... He was working in the hearts of your friends and neighbors when they came to your aid, be they Christian, Jew, or -- miscellaneous. Apu: Hindu! There are 700 million of us. Lovejoy: Aw, that's super.

Marge: Arn't you going to give him the last rites? Lovejoy: That's _catholic_ Marge, you might as well ask me to do a voodoo dance.

That's not normal: normal is coming home to find your mother nailed to a cross screaming verses from the book of Mormon, your dad performing a dark ritual with your brother as the sacrifice, and your sister getting railed by a goat.
