REVIEW: B - the first third didn't particularly go anywhere (except to
        set up the Plywood Pelican for the ending), but had too many
        jokes involving existing characters that just seemed to go
        nowhere ("hey look, there's Moe, insert a joke about his lack
        of money here, then go on to the next victim").  Once they
        started the drugs storyline, it picked up a little steam, but
        the plot seemed to take a back seat to a set of Canada jokes.
        At least they found a way to get around a "meh" ending.

GOOFS / FREEZE FRAME / WHATNOT Canada has a "Veterans of One War", but Canada "officially" fought in the Korean War. (There were also a number of Canadians fighting in Vietnam, but Canada itself was neutral, similar to how Americans fought in the two World Wars before the USA "officially" joined them.)

A border guard was questioned about Homer not showing a passport, but Americans don't need passports to enter Canada for a short period.

Where did Homer get (a) the money and (b) the prescriptions for all of those pills? A number of the medications he got are not over-the-counter in Canada.
