I was thinking about this last night. Perhaps I'm just not thinking hard enough, but I can't think of many characters on the Simpsons who is between ages 20 and 29.
Otto may perhaps still be in his 20's, I don't have a frame of reference for his age off the top of my head, but if I were to guess, I would say he's at least 30.
Also, there was mention once or twice that the bald bullie (Carney?) is in his 20's, but I'm not sure if that's supposed to be serious.
Can anyone think of any others?

I'd say Otto is in his early twenties... because he states that because all of his friends are in school (college probably) he got a job during the day as a blood-letting-tech-dude.
