In your opinion, has the show improved or dropped in quality since Jean took over Scully's spot?

I think it has improved a little myself. Well, season 13 was pretty bad, but seasons 14 and 15 have made me actually give the show another chance.

It's definetily gotten better. Not seasons 4-7 better, but I'll take what I can get.

There has certainly been an improvement, but I think it's just gone on too long at this point... not that I blame them for keeping the money train active.

My opinion is that the Simpson's have stayed on too long that they are bringing in too many cameos it seems that each show I see a new celebrity is there to pull out some funnies. Back in the classics you could depend on Homer to take care of that with a D'oh.

definite improvement..with the exception of the episodes which go uber-political I've really enjoyed the past couple seasons..now i just have to figure out how to reschedule around those sunday episodes again

I think it's improved leaps and bounds. Season 15 was probably the best year overall since 7 or 8. Even the "best" of the Scully era (Season 12) seems unwatchable at this point.

Perhaps they could get the guys from MST3K to take a stab at it? It might be interesting to see what they would come up with. Heck, they couldn't do worse than Scully.

Then again, the jokes and references may be a bit too esoteric for most viewers? :-)
