Is it my imagination, or does this season really really really suck? I thought there were a couple really great episodes last year (The Trilogy of Error, HOMr, and the one with the bagage handler's strike), but this season is just crap.
I think a perfect example of this was in last week's episode, when, at the bowling ally, they had a video game called "Nuke Canada", to me this is the kind of unfunny joke that I would expect from South Park. The Simpsons is supposed to be more subversive (and therefore funny), maybe if they talked about how Canada sucked and then showed how they're exactly the same (or better somehow), it would have actually been humerous.
They need to fire the new idiot writers over thre.
