To try to cheer Lisa up after he embarrasses her, Bart shows her a videotape of himself and Leon Kompowski AKA Michael Jackson rehearsing the birthday song. In a "get rich quick" sheme Bart decides to edit the video to make it look like Leon was violating him. He then turns the video over to Kent Brockman and channel 6. The city of Springfield is outraged and ask for an investigation of Leon, who is now a Reverand at a Shelbyville Church.

Sounds better than the average episode this season.
A bit risque. Has that early-Simpsons (1st-2nd season) sort of tone, a certain seriousness/realism that tends to end with a moral lesson...i.e. the evils of false accusation. Not that that's bad mind you, but it's still too heavy.
