Most underdeveloped character. (at least one of them)
Doesn't have an episode devoted to him. He is a very annoying character (to the viewer), maybe that's why the writers don't use him too much. Too bad, he's usually got somethnig funny to say.

I think the crazy old man is funnier though. His voice is just one of the best.

Jasper's got a fair bit of an episode dedicated to him.. A fair bit in that it's longer than his usual one liners, quick scenes, etc.. When he's Frostillicus! Although he doesn't have much dialogue there, he's got a more lengthy "part" than usual.
