I bought a Lenny figure, and when I tried to make him talk, he wouldn't fit in any environment. I can't return him to the store (no replacements available) and I can't just get my money back either (after 30 days). So, am I just screwed, or would Playmates replace it because it's a collectors item?

My Lenny fits so well that when I tried to remove him, the plastic chip casing popped off and the chip fell out. I reassembled it fine, but I'm not putting Lenny on any more resistors.
