Did anyone catch Butters' plan that came immediately before the 'we'll shake up all the beer cans' one? Something about bringing something to the city or other I just can't make out.

Well the idea was that The Simpsons had a soccer riot. The exact deatails of each of his plans were not the same as The Simpsons, but the main idea was something that had already been done.
