Pokey Mom question

Was Pokey Mom the episode where Terri or Sherri says to Bart: "We don't like you. Now we like Tommy!" or something like that? I only remember THAT part of the episode, the rest of the episode was unwatchable. I haven't seen the episode in a while and it hasn't been shown in syndication around where I live.

Close...it's Hungry Hungry Homer. Homer is the friend of the little guy, and goes to school incognito...he talks to one of the twins, asking why she doesn't like Bart. Later, she says she likes (I believe it is) Tommy, and then blah blah blah.
