I have always like "D'oh!" and "mmmm" the best. Okay, truthfully, this has been one of my favorites lately:

Marge: Have you noticed any change in Bart? Homer: New glasses? Marge: No...he looks like something might be disturbing him. Homer: Probably misses his old glasses. Marge: I guess we could get more involved in Bart's activities but then I'd be afraid of smothering him. Homer: Yeah, and then we'd get the chair. Marge: That's not what I meant. Homer: It was, Marge, admit it.

"What's troubling you my lad?"

"Say something my boy"

"What can I do for you my son?"

Or words to that effect.

It was a time of great turmoil. The strong preyed on the weak, dogs and cats lived together. One voice cried out in the wilderness. "David McCleary" wrote in :

The funniest thing that homer ever did, in my opinion, and I still laugh as hard as when I first saw it, is when he annoys Grimes at the plant. I have few people at work, who come into my office and start touching things and chat about nothing.....

Homer: So, how's it going, Grimey?
Grimes: I'd appreciate it if you'd stay out of my office, Simpson.
Homer: [laughs] Wish I had a nickel every time I heard that.
[walks around idly, making annoying sounds]
[off key] Take me out to the ball-game, take me out to the ballll ...
So, what's new, Grimey?

Sock it to me?David McCleary

I couldn't think of just one, but here are some of my favorites.

Andre Agassi: Hi I'm Andre Agassi Homer: The Wrestler?!

Homer: I'm like the man who
singlehandedly built the rocket and went to the moon. What was
       his name? Apollo Creed?

Homer: And who could forget dear Ratboy?

Homer: Yes sir I will notice that, very casual Mr. Scorpion.

Homer: These wieners will give me the energy I need.

Agent: Tell you what, sir. From now on, you'll be, uh, Homer Thompson
at Terror Lake. Let's just practise a bit, hmm? When I say,
"Hello, Mr. Thompson," you'll say, "Hi."
Homer: Check.
Agent: Hello, Mr. Thompson.
Homer: [stares blankly]
Agent: Remember now, your name is Homer Thompson.
Homer: I gotcha.
Agent: Hello, Mr. Thompson.
Homer: [stares blankly]
        [A long time later]
Agent: [sighs in frustration] Now, when I say, "Hello, Mr. Thompson,"
and press down on your foot, you smile and nod.
Homer: No problem.
Agent: Hello, Mr. Thompson! [stomps on Homer's foot a few times]
Homer: [stares blankly]
[to other agent] I think he's talking to you.

Bart: " BAD INFLUENCE MY ASS!!"

So I thought to myself, what would God do?

Hey goober, where's the meat?

Do we really want old man Patterson's finger on the button?

Catch the fever boy. (Shaking his fist) Caaaaaatch iiiiiit!

Oh they weren't all happy days. Like the time I lost all my money to those card sharks, and my dad Tom Bosley had to win it back.

my fave was when Homer was trying to retrieve the abusive letter he sent to Mr Burns...

Post office guy: whats your first name?

Homer: I.....don't....know.....

I like the fact that the line that nobody heard Homer say was actually cut in syndication. ;-)
