Hibbert inconsistency

Interesting thing I noticed. In the MENSA episode, it's revealed that Dr. Hibbert's I.Q. is very high (156, IIRC). Yet in the episode in which Homer's crayon was removed, Hibbert is in the dumb audience watching the stupid movie. He's smart in one ep., and dumb in another!
