Homer Simpson or Roger Fox?

I paraphrased what I thought was a Homer Simpsons-quote (It's 1999. Shouldn't Martin Landau be on the moon by now?), but another poster said he thought it might be a Foxtrot-quote. I'm not sure myself, but I hear Homer Simpsons when I think that quote? Can anyone help me? Ari

I am a very big FoxTrot fan, and I do not believe that has been said yet. I dunno.

I am a big fan of both Simpsons and Foxtrot, which is why I became unsure whether I mixed them up or not. They're both bald, incompetent fathers, although Homer is probably more incompetent. Ari
