Whats the episode where Apu cheats on his wife with the squishy lady and homer catches him and he walks backwords all the way home and then dreams about himself wlking home backwords?

Yup, from this season. Homer is so startled to walk in on Apu and the squishy lady that he slowly walks back away.....all the way home. I believe he did the same thing on a ladder to end the show.
